Aly jumped as a clap of thunder erupted through the air. Rain began to pour and she let out a squeal, looking desperately around her for some shelter. In the corner of her eye, she spotted a small hut, seemingly abandoned. She ran for it, covering her head with one of her books.
The door opened with a loud creak, and she flung herself into the one-room hut. She hit the wooden floor with a thud and had difficulty breathing for a moment. Wincing, she got back up and curled into a little ball. Aly shivered violently, and looked around. Dust coated the little hut. A small table sat in the room, as well as a bare mattress. Alyson wished it had held a blanket; she was freezing.
She looked sadly at her books. They were soaked through. Aly would have to order new copies. Looking up again, she saw a stove. "Perfect." She said to herself, and got up, finding old pots and pans. Throwing a couple pots of water on the stove, she remembered that she would have to light it. To her surprise, there was a small pack of matches next to the stove. "It must have been a Muggle that lived here." Striking the match, she began boiling the water.

"No I'm just not to keen on using fire spells for a stove" John said as he stood in a corner. He saw lighting hit the ground quite near the hut. "May I ask what you are doing out in a thunder storm." Professor Dean asked still staying shut back in the corner. Which left an eirey look on his face. There was another clap of thunder and a strike of lighting very quickley followed it. Dean took out his wand and pointed it to the ceiling of the house. Suddenly nothing could be heard except the quiet crackle of the fire under the pots. "Need your books dried out?" John asked looking at the girls soaked books.

Alyson let out a small gasp and turned towards the source of the voice. It was one of the Professors, and immediately she knew that she was in trouble. Of course, he asked her what she had been doing out in a thunderstorm. "I-" Aly began. "I was just out walking and didn't really notice the storm coming."
It was completely true, of course. She hadn't really been doing much of anything at all; simply wasting time and thinking. But the strange light on the Professor's face was beginning to frighten her slightly. Indeed, when he lifted his wand to muffle the sound of the storm, her heart leapt up into her throat. "Y-yes." She said, shivering. "Yes, please. I'd rather not have to buy new ones, and I don't know the magic for . . ." She slowed to a stop, and nervously looked up. Was she going to be in trouble or not? For what? Something in her mind said, but still, there was worry.

The moth Gyan was perched next to the fire. He slowly flapped his wings to dry them. The storm had caught him by suprise, and he had flown into the hut to escape. But he diddn't know he was now trapped inside, not being able to transform back in front of compleatly random strangers.
He stretched his large, white wings and relaxed. He could be there a while.

Sophia had stumbled into the hut just before the professor had lifted his wand. She didn't make any noise coming in so they hadn't noticed her. After the girl was done talking Sophia let out a cough. She gasped then looked at them soaking wet.
"I'm sorry. I don't mean to intrude... It's just it was raining really hard and I was on my way back from a walk and it was dry here and..." She blushed as she tried to explain. She was fidgeting with her clothes that were drenched. Every so often water dripped form her long black hair. She pulled her hair to over her shoulder in front of her and tried not to ring it out even though she desperately wanted to. She bowed apologetically and hoed they would forgive her.

"Great. Now I'll never get out of here." Gyan thought. He continued his rest by the fire, twitching his antennae at any sudden sounds.

"Of course we have more little people in here." John said pointing his wand at the books and flicked his wand and they were immediatly back to a great condition dried out and cleaned. "No payment this time, but I must ask why Three of you, Yes you little Moth there why don't you come out of your hiding and be yourself" He said looking at the moth he knew must be a person because it stayed there so long. "This is of course where I stay during the year when I am not teaching, I know my hut I shall call it, a thunder storm and I have to girls and I think another student in the hut, Why can this be" John was still in the corner his wand still out but down at his side. But then his wand was pointed at the moth. HE waited silently.

Sophia looked at the Professor and stammered trying to figure out what to say. She bowed trying to think of something fast then remembered why she was really there.
"Well you see. It started raining and I didn't want to get wet so I ran here. Last time I was here it was not occupied. I'm dreadfully sorry." She bowed again.

Gyans heart skipped a beat. How could the Professor know? Gyan gave some thought, and decided to wait it out and play dumb.
The moth continued to flutter around the fire, waiting for the rain to stop so he could bail.

"Of course same reason the other two must be in here, dreadful storm isn't it" John said and pointed his wand at the moth, 'Accio Moth' He thought and the moth flew towards him and he caught it softley in his hand. "Now he might want to come out of hiding. I don't know who you are but of course I know you must be a student no Moth would stay here that long after being discovered." John said looking directly at it.

Gyans heart beat furiously in his chest. He knew he musnt transform back. He being an Animagus was illegal, and if he was found out, he could be expelled from Hogwarts.
Gyan wished he could fly out of the window, but the rain would easily soak his wings, weigh him dow,, and eventually drown him.
He kept his stance though, playing innocent. His antennae occasionally brushed the Professors hand, and Gyan could sense his heartbeat. Steady and calm.

"Well then I guess this bug can be squished. All though if it comes out I will not tell on it I am not that mean" John said closing his hand a half an inch so that the space where the moth was held was even smaller.

Gyan knew his game was up. He transformed back and fell onto the floor. He stood up and looked at the Professor. "Look, Professor, I really diddn't want anyone to know." Gyan said, he knew it was hopless though. He could do a few memory charms, but he wasn't about to go up against a teacher.

"Well the other two don't need to know, a simple memory charm and there memories can be modified, they could think that you were here this whole, time and you and I were about to sit down for some tea." John said looking at Gyan. "I knew it couldn't be a normal Moth when you stayed by the fire for so long, You would have been much better to have fluttered around a little bit. Less noticable" Professor Dean said and took out his wand once again, which he had put away in the process of grabbing Gyan earlier.

Gyan nodded. "I diddn't want to over-do it. I thought if I stood still, noone would notice me. Too late for that though." He was releived the Professor wasn't going to blab about him being an animagus.
