After being in hiding since his encounter with gyan, Tomas finally emerged from his hide out in the Forbidden Forest. Looking around he took in the sights of the castle and the sounds of the day starting. All he could think was...It's good to be back.

Gyan was sitting in a tree nearby reading through a spell book he had nicked from the library when Tomas came by. He first heard the steps, and cocked an ear to listen. He stowed his book away and glanced down from his branch. "You missed a bit," He said to his old friend.

Tomas smiled. He'd missed his old friends remarks. "As I'd imagine but strangest thing, after a few months in the forest i find myself in need of a meal. care to continue this chat in the great hall over a little coco?"

Gyan stowed his book away and swung from the tree by a hand and landed a few feet away from the lad. "I'm allergic to chocholate, so I'll go with tea. And yes, chat would be nice," He said, smiling slightly. He stared at the boy. Gyan just figured he had gone home for the holidays, not on some woodland 'find yourself' excursion. Oh well, it couldn't be helped.
"We have a new headmaster, and my older brother is head guard around here. Oh, a new defence against the dark arts teacher as well. Some new students, I'm not so much of a hard ass, I actually like a girl and don't hate myself for it, I've got a steaming culdron of Felix Felices in my dormotory, the groundskeeper and the librarian have sex in the restricted section, and Pepe van Lopaille and I don't want eachother dead." He listed, tapping his chin slightly. "Oh yeah, Great Hall. Gotcha," He remembered, getting ready to head back to the castle when he heard his old friends footprints begin.

Gyan felt the boy running and ran himself, a good fifty yards away from the Gryffindor. The snow was lightly falling, and there was a small layer of it on the ground. Just enough for the holidays. "Still slow, Tomas? And how are you ever going to make Catcher?," He shouted behind him, laughing as he ran.
(I'll make a thread in the Great Hall after you post, kay?)
