Stradivarius strode in calmy, musing, Potions... Another class I'm terrible in.
He selected a seat in the front left corner of the room, greeting the Headmistress quietly.

Gyan carefully walked in as well, clutching onto his school bag. There was only one other student and the...headmistress?. "Headmistress", Gyan greeted with a nod. He took a seat about mid classroom and awaited instructions.

Alexis entered the classroom, sniffing the air as she came in. She was mildly interested, but didn't bother asking any questions. Alex didn't know anything about Potions, except for the one she had taken to go to sleep a few times at St. Mungo's. She had asked a little bit about the Potion, but none of the information remained. It had all been lost in her weak mind after the attack on her home. "'Morning!" Alex said cheerfully to no one in particular, but sat down next to a boy in the front of the room, looking for a bit of conversation. "Hi. I'm Alexis. Alex for short." She said.

Gyan leaned back in his chair, looking at the new girl with a raised eyebrow. He had only one word to describe her from as much as he knew about her: Gryffindor

Isabella walked in and sat down in an empty chair near the back and waited for class to start. She took out her books and waited.

Alyson walked into the classroom, and sat down next to her sister. "Good morning." She said quietly, and looked around anxiously. "Have I missed anything?" But it didn't look to be that way. There was nothing written on the board and everyone seemed to be waiting for class to start.

Gyan turned to his cauldron. He lit the fire underneith it and began to work. He did all of his steps one after the other. He reached out to grab his horned slugs and saw the jar was empty.
"Headmistress, I don't have any horned slugs." He said kind of guiltily.

Sophia stumbled in class and was gasping for air. She heard her say that thy should partner up or try it alone. She decided she'd try it alone till someone offered to be her partner.
"Sorry I'm late Headmaster!" She bowed then sat down toward the back and looked at the instructions.
She followed the instructions and sighed as she added the last thing. It turned dark purple and saw smoke coming from it. She sighed and looked up.
"Headmaster? I did something wrong." She bowed her head in shame.

Alex looked up at the board and glanced at Aly, unsure of exactly what she was doing. The one thing she did know how to do, though, was heat the cauldron. As she set to work with that, she motioned to Aly. "Hey, come work with me. I have no idea what I'm doing."
"Oh, and I have things to tell you as well. Do you know anyone who knows Legilimens?" She asked, crossing her fingers. Maybe Aly had met someone. It didn't seem likely, though. Aly was shy, and had a hard time making friends.

Johana walked in and walked over to an empty desk. She looked at the headmaster and bowed slightly as she tied her long silver hair up so it wouldn't get in the potion.
"I'm sorry. I'm new and I couldn't find the class." She smiled nervously. She started working on her potion.

Gyan thought this would be an excelent time to tell Alexis about his brother. He took out a peice of parchment and tore about a fourth of it off, writing a note on it.
My brother is a very skilled Legilimens. And we have a pensive, so that we can extract your memories, place them in the pensive, and only those who stick their head in it can veiw the memories. Trust me
He folded it up into a paper airplane and bewitched it with his wand. It then flew across the room and landed in Alex's lap.

Gyan stood up and looked through the countless jars and bottles untill he found the slugs. Grabbing a few with his protective dragon hide gloves, he walked back to his cauldron and added them to his potion. He did the stirs and took his cauldron off.
He than added the quills. His potion was more of a lavender, but had no smoke. He smiled, it should at least earn him an E.

((I have noticed the god-modding problem with a lot of the newer members, have you noticed? Not to be too incredibly forward, but...))
Stradivarius sighed quietly, praying he didn't screw up his potion. The people around him seemed...pleasantly occupied, but who could really tell what they were thinking? He lit the fire beneath his cauldron.

Gyan, potion finished, looked around at the other student's progress. Stradivarius had just lit his fire. "Hey, do you want some help with your potion?" He asked the other Ravenclaw boy. He figured since he was finished he wouldnot get in trouble for assisting Stradivarius.

Sophia looked at the headmaster slightly confused.
"Not to be rude headmaster," She took a deep breath turning a slight shade of pink then continued. "but my name is Sophia not Sophie." She smiled nervously hoping the headmaster wouldn't be mad or offended at her.
She bottled her potion for the headmaster to grade then stretched and plopped down in her seat and waited for someone to either ask for help or talk to her.
