[Sorry headmaster I modified my post. I wont do it again]
Once Johana added the porcupine quills she watched it turn red. She backed away a little then shot her gaze at the headmaster and spoke with slight panic in her voice. "HEADMASTER!" She bellowed into the classroom trying to get her attention. She glanced back at the cauldron and watched it start to bubble. "Something went wrong!" She stumbled away and fell on the floor watching it.

Adding the nettles and snake fangs, Alyson looked up. Something had landed in her sister's lap. "What's that?" She asked. "And what's a Legilimens? Does it have to do with magic, or something? I haven't read . . ." Aly bit her lip. She didn't want to admit to her sister that despite her fear of most magic, she had been researching it heavily.
"I don't know anyone who knows it." She finished lamely. She stirred the Potion carefully. She didn't want to mess up like the other girl had. The potion, after another minute, was beginning to steam. Aly smiled, added the horned slugs, and began stirring again.

Alexis helped Aly remove the cauldron from the fire again. The thinnish liquid inside began to bubble a bit. Alexis blinked. "Wha-?" Picking up the note, she read what it had to say. "Oh my lands!" She exclaimed, and handed the note to Alyson. "Look! Maybe this will help me!"
Grinning from ear to ear, she looked back and tried to catch Gyan's eye. She nodded her head, showing that she trusted him, and turned back around excitedly. She reached for the porcupine quills and placed them in. A very thin steam came still from the potion, but it was the right color and texture. Alexis corked the bottle that she had poured some of it in and smiled. "Looks like you're pretty good at this."

Gyan saw the nod and understood. She seemed to trust him. Gyan took out the black letter he had received in History of Magic and enchanted it to fly over to her as well.

Johana bowed to the headmistress thanking her without saying wors then tried again.
Finally she added the porcupine quills and watched it turn a light shade of purple almost blue. She shrugged since she knew she didn't have time to fix it so she bottled it to be graded and sat down waiting for class to end.
She let down her long flowing silver hair and started to run her fingers through in like a brush. She was bored.

Stradivarius arranged his few ingredients left (he had just added the horned slugs) in a neat row on the table, nodding silently at Gyan. The companionship was unexpected, and not exactly what he had wanted at the moment, but at least he might not completely botch this potion with someone else's help, as it was already turning a dangerous yellow-orange color. Not even close to what it was supposed to be. Ick.

Gyan saw the potion and smiled. "No matter, easy fix!" He said. "Strad, all I need you to do is stir seven times clockwise, and one time counter clockwise. Keep repeating." He said.
Gyan began adding ingrediants to save the potion. Skullcap, mugwurt, rose buds, scorpion venom, and a small peice of unicorn horn. The potion flared a brilliant orange, than settled down into a simmering, smokeless maroon. Not exactly dark purple, but better than yellow. He sat with Strad and helped keep his potion that color, making sure it would come to no more harm.
"Not a potions master, are you?" Gyan asked.
